ECS Credit

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ECS Credit website and loan services offered by Yaksh Infinlease Pvt Ltd — a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under Registration No. B-14.82066. By accessing our website or applying for a loan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. ECS Credit operates in compliance with RBI guidelines and the Information Technology Act, 2000.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a personal loan from ECS Credit, applicants must meet the following criteria:


  • Age: Between 25 to 59 years as on the date of application
  • Income: Minimum monthly income of ₹45,000
  • Employment: Salaried employee of a private limited or government organisation
  • Credit Score: 650 or above
  • Nationality: Indian citizen with valid proof of residence
  • Location: Must reside in ECS Credit's current serviceable cities

ECS Credit reserves the right to reject any application for the following reasons:


  • Incomplete or inaccurate documentation
  • Credit score below the minimum threshold
  • Previous loan defaults or adverse credit history
  • Income below the minimum eligibility requirement
  • Applicant does not fall within our serviceable area

Loan Application

Applications must be submitted through the official ECS Credit website. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Incomplete applications or those containing incorrect information will be rejected. ECS Credit is not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by the applicant.


Required documents include Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, recent salary slips, and bank statements.

Loan Amount and Tenure

Minimum Loan Amount: ₹5,000
Maximum Loan Amount: ₹2,00,000
Repayment Tenure: 3 to 12 months (up to 365 days)


The final loan amount and tenure are determined based on the applicant's credit profile, income, and eligibility assessment.


Fees, Interest & Charges

The applicable APR and processing fee will be communicated to the borrower prior to disbursal. The borrower has the right to withdraw from the loan if they do not agree with the stated charges.


Repayment Policy

The borrower is required to repay the loan amount along with applicable interest and charges on or before the due date as per the agreed repayment schedule. Any delay in repayment may result in:


  • Negative reporting to credit bureaus
  • Impact on future loan eligibility
  • Cheque dishonour charges of ₹1,000 per instance where applicable

ECS Credit does not charge any prepayment or pre-closure penalty. Borrowers may repay the loan early without any additional cost.


Privacy and Data Security

By applying for a loan, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data is used strictly for loan processing, credit assessment, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Data is shared only with authorised third parties including credit bureaus, banking partners, and regulatory authorities, as required. Limitation of Liability

ECS Credit, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except as required under applicable law.


Amendments

ECS Credit reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with changes in regulatory guidelines or company policy. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Existing loan agreements will continue under the terms agreed at the time of disbursal.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
